I have experienced Nanaimo Honda for three years, and always found each of these to be completely excellent, with well informed and high quality customer service.

Or asking if I am being helped,,, I heard a few of the staff chatting and laughing with each other,,, sounds good in a work place .
Michael Kassinen, one of the sales people there, was very professional, friendly, and even offered our toddler two of his daughter’s stories for her to have fun while we’re there. He also followed up with us couple of weeks after we got the car just to make sure all was well.
Everyone there showed great synergy among them. That tells you how comfortable employees are with their management and work environment. The space was welcoming, great collection of cars, and great prices.
When we decide to upgrade in few years we will definitely go there again.
My only complaint would be that the old school method of the sales guys having to “talk to the manager” over pricing is unnecessary and a waste of time. If the manager wants to talk pricing he can come out of his office and discuss things in person and introduce himself.
Evan Gibson is the man when it comes to purchasing a Honda on Vancouver Island!
Kelly is knowledgeable and provides top notch service. Not only did he help me get my car back the same day but he helped me juggle a car seat and a baby . I have never experienced that assistance anywhere else.
Thank you again for incredible service and a job well done.
No surprises, smiles, sense of humour-- a perfect recipe for me to be happy to recommend Nanaimo Honda.
Great waiting area.
Custody shuttle van while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced- huge win!
And decent pricing :)

I will be going back.
From the moment we entered their lot we were treated extremely well. We have never owned a Honda and This has been the best experience I’ve had thus far.
Thank you to Evan who made the process great! As far as the rest of the team, my hat goes off to you as well!
I am looking forward to coming in for my first service and will recommend my friends and family to Nanaimo Honda.
